Important Information About Your Hair Colour Service

We need to see your hair before your appointment to discuss your needs and ensure we meet your expectations. This consultation is free and can be booked when you come in for your skin sensitivity test. This allows us to provide an accurate quote for both time and cost before proceeding with your booking.

If we determine that achieving your desired hair colour will require more time and product, or if the condition of your hair prevents us from colouring it safely, we reserve the right to decline the service. In such cases, your deposit will be retained to cover the time reserved for your stylist.

We encourage you to take advantage of the free consultation to avoid surprises. We value your hair’s health and our professional standards and want to build a lasting relationship with you, not just provide a one-time service.
